We offer you the ability to access an investor portal via the Site (the “Investor Portal”) in order to access materials such as fund financial statements, investor capital account statements, distribution notices, capital call notices, investor tax statements, and quarterly investor updates. The Investor Portal is hosted by SS&C Intralinks, Inc. (“SS&C”), and your use of the Investor Portal and any data submitted to the Investor Portal is governed by SS&C’s privacy policy.

In general, we collect information and Personal Information from you so that we can provide our Site, operate our business, communicate with you, and provide information that you request from us. This includes but is not limited to the following purposes:

Children and Privacy

Our Site is not intended for use by children and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13 in connection with the features of our Site. If we become aware that an individual under the age of 13 has provided Personal Information through our Site, we will immediately remove the individual’s Personal Information from our files.
